Processing/Shipping Policy
Please make sure that you have entered your mailing address correctly, once your package has been shipped we can NOT change your shipping address.
The majority of the products sold are made to order. Your shipment will arrive via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Shipping is calculated on a per order, per item, per pound, per location basis. Free shipping is offered on certain products, which will be displayed within the product description. Free shipping is offered on any orders over $49.99, pre-tax. Please allow 2-7 business days for shipping, upon the completion of your order. Turnaround time (TAT) will also be listed in the product description. Please note that the TAT is the time it takes to complete the item, and shipping time is how long it will take you to receive the item after completion. Custom orders take anywhere from 1-3 days to 2 weeks to complete. Items in your order will not ship separately. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order via email. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update. Once an order is processed by the shipping carrier, delivery mistakes are outside of Tapather's scope.
It will be at the cost of the buyer if the incorrect shipping address was entered upon checkout. If an order arrives broken, please contact me via email at tapather@outlook.com within 3 days of receiving your order and I will work with you to resolve the matter.
