Refund Policy
The majority of the products sold are made to order. Upon the completion of checking out, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges won’t be accepted on custom orders. Unless it is a quality problem, or the product description does not match, it is my problem.
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact me via email at tapather@outlook.com within 3 days of receiving your order. It will be at the cost of the buyer if any typos or sizing errors were made on your order after the draft has been accepted. All shipping costs will also be at the expense of the buyer. If an order arrives broken, please contact me via email at tapather@outlook.com within 2 days of receiving your order and I will work with you to resolve the matter.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
